How to Submit Your Redesign Request:

1. Insert The Product Link You Want To Redesign:

    • Copy and paste the link of the product you want to customize into this field.
    • Ensure the link directs to the exact product you wish to modify so our team can locate it easily.

2. Your Request:

    • Provide a detailed description of all the changes you would like to make. Include:
      • Colors: Specify any color changes or combinations you'd prefer.
      • Text: Include the exact text you'd like added or modified, along with font style, size, and placement.
      • Design Elements: Mention any new elements you'd like to add or remove, such as patterns, shapes, or icons.
      • Additional Notes: Add any other specific instructions or requests that will help us understand your vision better.
    • Tip: Use this section to detail all your requests to ensure nothing is missed.

3. Your Image Or Logo:

    • Upload any images or logos you want to include in your redesign. These can be:
      • Reference Images: Photos or illustrations that help convey your idea or style preference.
      • Design Assets: Logos, graphics, or other elements you'd like incorporated into the design.
    • File Guidelines: Ensure your files are in high resolution (preferably in PNG or JPEG format) for the best results.

What Happens Next?

  • Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, our design team will review the details and reach out if any clarification is needed. A proof of the redesign will be sent to you for approval before production begins.

Shipping Policy

ORDER HANDLING

Every order follows a simple process: Order Confirmation → Shipment Confirmation → Delivery

Our team takes about 5–7 business days to prepare your items before shipping them out.

DELIVERY TIME (U.S. Orders Only)

We only serve customers within the United States, and all shipping times below apply exclusively to U.S. deliveries:

We do our best to ensure that every package arrives on time and in safe condition, no matter where you are in the U.S

Please note: Our products are fulfilled from international facilities and shipped directly to U.S. customers. Although our head office is located in Vietnam, the fulfillment and shipping processes are managed from facilities dedicated to serving the U.S. market, ensuring timely delivery.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    As soon as your package ships, you’ll get an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

    Checking your tracking information regularly helps avoid delivery issues.

    ADDRESS GUIDELINES

    To prevent delays, please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We cannot take responsibility for shipments sent to an incorrect address.

    We do not deliver to:

    • Military Zone
    • Government Zone
    • These countries: North-Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, Iran.

    Additional notes:

    • One order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
    • If your order is already shipped, address changes are not possible. If it’s still processing, we’ll be glad to help you update your information.

    IMPORTANT NOTES 

    • If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your order, please check with your neighbors, household members, or mailbox before contacting us.
    • If your package does not arrive within 30 days, get in touch with us immediately.
    • If your order is missing items, notify us at support@poolcorners.com, and we’ll promptly send replacements.
