Every order follows a simple process: Order Confirmation → Shipment Confirmation → Delivery
Our team takes about 5–7 business days to prepare your items before shipping them out.

We only serve customers within the United States, and all shipping times below apply exclusively to U.S. deliveries:

Please note: Our products are fulfilled from international facilities and shipped directly to U.S. customers. Although our head office is located in Vietnam, the fulfillment and shipping processes are managed from facilities dedicated to serving the U.S. market, ensuring timely delivery.

ADDRESS GUIDELINES
To prevent delays, please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We cannot take responsibility for shipments sent to an incorrect address.
We do not deliver to:
- Military Zone
- Government Zone
- These countries: North-Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, Iran.
Additional notes:
- One order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
- If your order is already shipped, address changes are not possible. If it’s still processing, we’ll be glad to help you update your information.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your order, please check with your neighbors, household members, or mailbox before contacting us.
- If your package does not arrive within 30 days, get in touch with us immediately.
- If your order is missing items, notify us at support@poolcorners.com, and we’ll promptly send replacements.
