ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

1. After you have completed your checkout, you may request modifications to certain order details by emailing support@poolcorners.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Beyond this period, your order moves to production, after which changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. Please note that cancellations for any reason are subject to a 6% payment processing fee, which is non-refundable.

2. Important notes:

  • Customized or personalized items' designs cannot be altered after the order has been finalized.
  • Changes to the color or size of your order can be made provided they do not result in a price change.
  • If you wish to remove items from an order that includes promotional offers, please contact us within 8 hours. Be aware that such modifications may affect your eligibility for promotional terms.

RETURN POLICY

At Poolcorners, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 60-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered. Our return policy applies to all products on our website, whether new or used. Details regarding returns:

  • No return of the original product is necessary.

(b) Refund

  • Receive a full refund without returning the original item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Actual refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • If delays occur, we advise checking with your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary. If your refund is not posted after 30 days, please contact our support.
